Sharptype is a free add-on for Photoshop (it also works with other compatible editors) which is essential for all those who often use this program, or work in graphic design at a professional level.

Sharptype allows better working and improved facilities when dealing with text in Photoshop. You can get a text with the same definition, clarity and apply the same techniques and tools as if it were a normal image. Sharptype can work with TTF and TTC fonts, and also includes a character map for the user to be sure of what they are working on.
